How to Process a Rental Camera Return

Velocitor Solutions offers camera rentals to our customers to help businesses efficiently manage seasonal peaks or unexpected spikes in workload.

Rental VEDR cameras will have a RENTAL sticker on the side of the camera and will arrive in a hard case (Pelican Case) that has a matching serial number.

To return a rental camera, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure the serial numbers on the rental VEDR camera and hard case (Pelican Case) match.

   • Non-matching camera serial numbers and case serial numbers may result in delays and/or additional charges.

2. Package the rental VEDR inside the hard case (Pelican Case).

3. Write the return address onto a shipping label:

4. Send out the return.
